New England Shirdi Sai Parivaar (NESSP) was formed by devotees who share their love for Shri Shirdi Sai Baba and are inspired by His teachings. NESSP was registered as a Non-profit organization in the year 2006. Here are some of our significant milestones every year since then.
NESSP has been formed to bring all devotees of Shirdi Sai Baba from the Boston, Greater Boston, New England area together to spread the message of Baba. The parivaar's vision is to spread the message of love, kindness, unity and make a meaningful contribution to the welfare of the mankind without any distinction of religion, region, race, sector personal belief. Our mission is also to construct a Shirdi Sai Temple in the area which will be a center for social and spiritual activities promoting Sai Baba's message of Shraddha (Faith) and Saburi (Patience).

With the Divine Blessings of Shri Sai, we have a permanent temple for beloved Baba in New England Area @ 99 Shirdi way in the town of Groton, MA. Since the inception of NESSP, temple has been providing Sai Bhandara(Food for Free) on Thursdays and special events.
In order to prevent person to person spread of COVID-19 and for the safety of devotees, priest and volunteers and to be compliant with State of Massachusetts guidelines. Your co operation, understanding and support are highly appreciated to follow these policies.
Devotees must wear masks. No devotees will be allowed into the temple without mask without any exceptions.
Services Offered: All the Hindu ritual services are now being performed by the Temple Priests · Pavan Garu, Shri Achhi Ramacharyulu Ji (Rama Ji) and Shri Manohara Chandrasheker Sonnaganahally Ji both inside and outside of the temple.
Shri Achhi Ramacharyulu Ji (Rama Ji) joined New England Shirdi Sai Parivaar in July 2019. He studied Krishna Yajurveda for over 15 years under the guidance of Sri Sri Tridandi Srimannarayana Ramanuja Chinna jeeyar swamy from Jeeyar Educational trust Vijayawada ,India. He is an expert in the Vaishnava tradition, and have deep knowledge of the Shaiva and Shakta traditions. He is experienced in performing panchadasha karmas including Namakaranam, Annaprasana, Vivaha, Upanayanam, Homa, Satyanarayana Vratam, Gruhapravesha Puja, Vaastu Puja, Sampoorana Veda Parayanam, and Mahanyasa Poorvaka Rudraabhishekams etc. He has worked as a Veda Pandit for 10+ years in Jeeyar Educational Trust, and have worked in various temples in USA, before joining NESSP. He is a native Telugu speaker and also speaks in Tamil, Hindi, English.
Shri Manohara Chandrasheker Sonnaganahally Ji joined as Priest at New England Shirdi Sai Parivar in October 2019. He has rich experience in all pujas and Shodasha karmas like Namakaranam, Annaprasana, Wedding, Thread Ceremonies, Shanti Puja, Homam, Satyanarayana Vratam, Grihapravesham, Vaastu Puja, Kalasarpa Shanti Pujas et. Hei participated in Koti Lakshmi, Shata Chandi, Sahasra Chandi, Koti Rudra, Ati Rudra, Maharudra Yagnas in India. He also has expertise in Maha Lingarchana, Sahasra Lingarchana, Mahanyasa Purvaka Rudrabhishekam. He is an expert in doing alankarams to all Deities. He has completed Rigveda & Yajurveda Moolam also well Knowledged in Asvalayana & Shaivaagama. He is Sanskrit Scholar and has arious level Certifications in Sanskrit Exams conducted by Sanskrit University. His native language is Kannada, but he is also fluent in Sanskrit, English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil.
Shri Gunturu Bala Venkat Pavan (Pavan Ji) has 15 Years experience in Archakatvam, Nityaarchana, Tiruvaradhana, Tirukalaynothsavam, Mahanyasapoorvaka, Ekadasa RudraAbhishekam, Rudrahomam, Ganapathihomam, Chandihomam, Pashupatha Homam, Pumsavanam, Seemantham, Jatakarma, Namakarma, Annaprasana, Chowlam, Upanayanam, Vivaham, Shastipurthi, Pancha Upanishathulu, Sarvadevatha Homa Prakriya, Sarva Devatha Kalyanam,Brahmotsavam, Divya prabandham, Gruhapravesam, Sathyanarayana And Sarva Devatha Vrathalu, Udagasanthi, Sankusthapam and Special Decorations for Mula Virat's and Utsava Murthulu. He holds certifications in 'Atharvana Vedam', and 'Smartam Panchadashakarmalu' by Vedic Foundation. He is accredited with 'Pravesa Pancharatra Agamam' by Endowment Department and endorsed with 'Smartam-Pancha Dashakarmalu' from Ekadasi Swasthi Sanghamu.
